My current artistic practice centers on color and Abstract Expressionism, with a focus on exploring the emotional and psychological impact of color. Drawing on my background in landscape painting, I use color to create a sense of movement, depth, and atmosphere in my work. Through bold brushstrokes, layering of colors, and a willingness to embrace impulse, I seek to create works that evoke a range of emotions and experiences, from joy and excitement to melancholy and introspection.
My work is deeply influenced by the tradition of abstraction, which has taught me to trust my instincts, embrace the unexpected, and take risks in my art. By exploring the possibilities of color and form, I hope to create works that invite viewers to engage with the work on an emotional level and to experience the power of color to evoke a sense of the surreal. Ultimately, my goal as an artist is to create works that offer a space for contemplation and reflection, where viewers can lose themselves in the colors, textures, and feeling of the painting, and be transported to a world of pure sensation and emotion.
